        Been a member for at least 15 years ,never had a problem with their service. Best CD rates, best credit card rates, saved me from loosing many thousands of dollars during an attempted scam. Don't understand why some folks have such heartburn, I'm 81 years old and this is without a doubt the best credit union that I have ever been associated with.

        Very disappointed that PENFED would not allow me to convert an internally held CD to a recently higher rate without penalty.  Considerations should be made for loyal/longtime customers.  In a world of consumer choices, I chose to move and close my full account when the CDs mature to a point where. I WILL NOT have to forfeit the entirety of my gains.
