New Maxim's Palace

NEVER AGAIN. I had typically been ordering $100-$150 a month from Maxims. I was a regular customer. This time, as usual, I ordered a shrimp and green beans in white sauce, which is $15, and got one half a carton ... 1 1/4 cups of green beans and eight small shrimp. And it was brown sauce. I called and the reply was "Yes, it's the right portion. But there should be 12 shrimp." Well there was eight. See the photo (one missing from photo). I told them straight out this is obviously half a portion. I'm not paying $15 for a half a portion. His answer was "Well when you order next time she said she'll give you a little more." Really. That's the answer? Here's mine ... EVER AGAIN! I told them this is absolutely ridiculous and if you feel no obligation to even attempt to make this right then I'm not ordering again. His answer was "Ok, fine. Goodbye." GOODBYE IS RIGHT!

I moved here about 3 months ago. I've probably been here about 10 times now. The staff is always friendly and the food is good. I'm pretty sure the bad reviews were from people who think Panda Express us authentic Chinese.
