Ive been wanting to try the food at the Zion Market for so long and I finally made my way over here. I came to Hong Kong Ban Jum and tried the Jajangmyeon which I have been wanting to try for a very long time! It was so good! The noodles were so nice and bouncy and fun to eat and the flavor was so good, it was topped with cucumbers which made the dish so fresh! I loved it! The food was also ready about 8 minutes after placing my order and the woman who took my order was so nice!

Ordered Stired fried noodles and Jjampong via doordash. Received 1 JajangMeon instead. When I called the staff. Female staff told me, "It was a doordash driver mistake. They picked up the wrong order." When I told them that my name was labeled correctly with correct orders and it was them that who made a mistake. Korean manager or owner was talking to each other in Korean (They didn't realize that I speak their language) and finally the manager answered and told me to call doordash to get my refund. Because the order was delivered, doordash asked me to call the resturant and the manager continues to refused to provide any further credits or anything. Poor communication and lack of professionalism to running the business. Their food is disgusting and belongs inside of dumster rather. I felt sick as soon as I smell the food due to foul odor. Will contact the food inspection for further matter.
