        If you're looking for the budget hole-in-the-wall authentic Chinese spot, you've found it. Mr. Spicy sure surprised me! The atmosphere takes you right back to the year 2001, and honestly so do the prices. Each plate could serve a family of 2-3 comfortably and they each cost ~$10. A serving of white rice is $0.80. My partner and I sampled a couple plates and have plenty of leftovers. The mango chicken was pretty good. The "small" egg drop soup was enormous. Spicy chicken was delicious. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu.

        Waited 20 minutes for the cook to come in and start making the food. General Tso's chicken was very disappointing. It should be sweet and sour, unfortunately there was only a salty flavor, nothing else.
