Tim was excellent. He was extremely professional, polite, and competent while he removed and replaced the drain pump on our Frigidaire dishwasher. We discussed specific cleaning supplies to best remove buildup in the different lines and he even took the time to explain to me why pumps now (plastic parts vs metal parts) break more than they used to. Specifically, the importance of rinsing dishes really well to prevent pumps from breaking early in a dishwashers lifecycle. I called them late in the day and they were super responsive! They came out the next day assessed the problem and referred us to the manufacturer and even advised us how to talk to them because we were technically out of our warranty. I called and they were totally right! The manufacturer is going to come out and repair it for free now based on this companies advice but they werent before and were gonna charge me 3-4 times. I really appreciate their professionalism, honesty and awareness of keeping costs as low as possible. I will definitely use them again if I need anything.

We have used this service before and were very satisfied. However, our most recent experience was disappointing. We needed to have our oven door repaired and made an appointment, but never received a confirmation. After texting them, the time was finally arranged. The repairman took our oven door apart and placed the parts on the island. He said he needed to go get a part but would return around 3:00 to complete the job. We still hadn't heard from him after 6:00, so we called the company. Finally, he showed up after 7:00. He reassembled the door, but left a glass panel out, so he had to redo it. I was disappointed with the lack of communication for this service and felt like the repairman didn't really know what he was doing.

The gentleman that came to my house to text my dryer. Today he was very Polite And nice and did a very good job. And a fast one I would highly recommend You guys for the job. If I have any other problems with any of my appliances? I will call you firsthank you very very much
