        Look elsewhere for appliance repair. a fix that was quoted as $250 out of nowhere cost me $800 when they sent me a separate "estimate" once the job had already been done.

      Hi! Your first estimate for the gas valve upon diagnostics was about $398 in total. We provided the quote for Gas valve replacement, later on you also told that second valve is not working and you want to replace it as well. We offered to replace it too with 50% labor discount.Technician completed the replacement of both valves as you requested and we provided you second estimate as agreed on.We tried contacting you to resolve any misunderstanding, as we are receiving a 1 star review for fully completed service as requested, with working appliance in the conclusion. If you have any additional questions or requests, please let us know. Thank you!
