A quiet place, with nearby commercial places, it has all the services, a pool and barbecue area and schools very close, a few minutes from the border

The manager (Rosa) is horrible and rude and inconsistent! My elderly family member lives here and she NEEDS many maintenance fixes in her unit and Rosa refuses to help her or send the maintenance guy over. Also she has asked to be moved to a lower unit and she wants to charge her beyond the reasonable amount. Despite her having lived here for many years. There was a woman who rented here and left for two years and Rosa gave her the same apartment she lived in, and the same price when she decided to come back! She needs to be replaced. She has her brother living here and his apartment is with all the upgrades and conveniently never has any maintenance issues. It's ridiculously over priced and you will hate it here!
