Why I don't like living here: 1) Management (Greystar) employees post five star reviews of this property here on Google. I think they ask service providers to do the same (e.g. cleaning services). I'm very skeptical that any actual resident would consider this place a 5 star experience, certainly none that I've met in person. 2) Place is filthy. Management instituted a mandatory trash "butler" fee to attempt to fix the trash that way piling up next to trash chutes - it didn't fix much, as the service picks up trash inconsistently. And definitely can't fix (homeless people? Dogs?) the urine problem in stairwells & hallways. 3) My bike (among others) was stolen, having been chained up in a resident-only locked access area. I wouldn't recommend storing anything outside of your actual apartment, including in rentable storage lockers/closets. 4) The hot tub gave me and a friend chemical burns. 5) Access security infrastructure is chronically broken. Elevators, external doors, garage gates, mail room access, storage facility. Just keep walking, you'll get home eventually... It's security theater, not security. 6) Management provided a 70% price increase quote if I need to go month to month on rent. 7) Ceilings/floors transmit sound easily. Upstairs neighbor makes me feel like I live inside of a muffled bass drum.

Ive only had good experiences was this complex! If I have had any issues they promptly fix them. Amazing and helpful staff and super friendly!

GRAVITY apartment is awesome units. move in was perfect no trouble at all. Diana was so helpful with our move-in process, include emails, she replay in sec for our smooth move in. its been two months, my girlfriend and I liking the place. if you are looking for a apartment I recommend gravity and from the leasing office ask for Diana she awesome.

Diana and Ashley are very professional. The complex itself is very nice and definitely luxury worthy! I can't wait to renew here!
