Things were great with previous management until he got major health issues and had to step down. We had to deal with new management who doesn't want to do much of anything and they take up guests and garage parking spaces to park one of their many 10 big cars and trucks which should be for paying tenants and also doesn't clean laundry rooms and won't give refunds when washing machine doesn't work. Also, never received some of deposit refund cause the apartment we lived in never had damage but just normal wear and tear over the many years we lived there. Overall we as family enjoyed living there and liked the gated entry and security and very quiet complex.

Going through a pandemic, unprofessional Manager Edith offers an apartment with a lack of hygiene. There were bugs in the fridge, condiments on the stove like salt and pepper from the last family that live there, trash in the little patio, windows were full of dust... She lied by telling me the apartment was ready for us to move in. We moved our furniture and noticed  this inconvient situation. I requested to speak to someone superior to her, and of course she denied to give information and justified by saying she is the only one in charge. Adding, that she wanted to keep my $500 deposit... By the end, she kept $100. It is obviously, she really needs that money but sad to know she takes advantage of people. Even worst, when we are experiencing this horrible pandemic. Thank god I took pictures and videos of everything and have evidence to seek for justice. She definitely needs to work a lot on her common sense and educate herself to learn how to treat other people while doing her "job".
