Victoria Senior Apartments

I came early for my appointment before 1045 & i waited 15 minutes to call on. I talked to the lady in the admin office that it's late. However, the male nurse told me, that there's 4 people ahead of me & a woman is arriving late. That's not my problem she's coming late to her appointment. But, he told me that I have to wait in the lobby in 45 minutes & come back to the room. I'm not go to reschedule an appointment because they lack of punctuality appointment for the patient.
