    Wish I could give less then one star. he doesn't even deserve that.Hired this company to put in a new central AC system ( roof unit and inside fan coil) approximately 3 weeks earlier from today, 4/9/24. The current system was working and had no issues we were just seeking a newer more eco friendly unit. when quote was given this was supposed to be a, "one day job" and is now turning into 3 weeks later with nothing hooked up electrical, burn marks on my floor and roof, a huge hole in my ceiling, with dry wall completely bangedout out, and ive heard every excuse one could think of as to why he can't show at the agreed timing. The full job was supposed to cost 6675.00 when finished, but half of 3300.00 was given up front for materials. now, with the owner (Jeff) threathening to come take the ac unit off the roof, his words, "don't be surprised when your ac unit disappears" now saying that we owe him money, when nothing is finished.He is now demanding we pay him and saying he will show up. I have text messages of him being unprofessional and unreliable, stating he would be "on his way" but then never show up. I have never been faced with anything like this in my life.He is now demanding we pay him and saying he will show up. Then how sad he is , after every excuse given about his health and why he can't show up or communicate, then says, " give me 2,000.00 and ill disappear" Jeff Farrell is the most unreliable liar I have ever met or interacted with, its truly pathetic. This is the Worst company, and person who has no idea what they are doing. I would never recommend for anyone to use this company, you will only be drowned with lies and unreliable behaviors. As you can see his aggressive threats and behaviors in the messages below. when all said and done looking up his license number 681131 with California Contractors state licensing board to find out he is under suspension and shouldn't be operating. save yourself and your time and DONT interact with this guy or company. Extreme air- more like extreme liar and extremely unreliable, highly wouldn't recommend.

    I had extreme air install a whole house fan in my home. During the process the owner Jeff suggested an upgrade to my roof vent to make the system more efficient which was somthing I had not thought of. The installation was clean, the price was very competitive, and the system works great.

    This guy is a scam artist! Please stay away. He tried to charge me for a part that is still under warranty with a fake receipt. Edit: Response to Jeff: The property is rented 30% below the market since they are good tenants. Slum lord doesn't pay thousands of dollars so that they can have central AC and fix it (this job). You were paid on a timely manner without any negotiation in the previous jobs. You could have proven easily with a legitimate receipt with a date on it but failed to do so. Property manager was let go (did not quit) due to unethical practices. No wonder you two are buddies trying to scam other property owners.     5 stars not enough! I first contacted Jeff a couple years ago, recommended by a good friend. The news were bad, my whole system needed replacement. Or, as he put it, fixing my old AC would've cost the same or more. I trusted Jeff immediately, he has a "no non-sense, let's get this fixed the right way" approach. Fast forward to this year and finally got around to fix the AC in the house, I contacted Jeff again as he was the most trustworthy person I dealt with about the AC. He remembered all the details of my repair, updated his estimate, and we agreed on a date to start. Jeff and his team started working right on schedule, and of course there were many other "little" things I needed done like checking the vents for proper flow, re-routing air away from one of the rooms, etc. Oh and embarrassing but the AC compressor was nasty from being unused for so long, they took care of everything (cleaned it all out). In any event, I even got a new attic fan and fancy new smart thermostat because I wanted to make sure nobody else messes with my AC now that it's all fixed! When the work was completed, Jeff and team made sure everything was to my liking: they had me check the air flow in every room, showed me how to use the thermostat, configured the attic fan to work with my phone, etc. I really got the feeling that they cared. This is really what sets Extreme Air apart from any other company, in my opinion. They've earned a customer for life.

This customer is unbelievable! All because I was out of work with a migraine headache and couldn't make it back to their house Monday morning. I told them Tuesday morning at 10:30 I could head over to finish up. That wasn't good enough for them. It's just an excuse for them to not pay me the $3,300 balance they owe me. 1 fitting left to braze in to finish my scope of work. I'm sure they are looking for someone else to finish up for a few hundred dollars. That's $3k they are trying to save. Unfortunately they are going to have a lien on their property until they pay me.For the record I didn't personally braze in the fan coil unit. A new guy I was going to hire did that. I had every intention to fix & clean up anything I needed to.

This guy is a compulsive liar! I never tried charging for anything. I just told him the warranty had expired and my cost of the part. At that point I had no intention of working for Tufan. There's only a 1 year parts warranty on rental properties. I gave Tufan the branch managers name & phone number to call my supplier direct. He never called!Stay away from this guy! He wants you to work for free! His property management company quit working for him because he's a slum lord! How can you be buddies with someone you've never personally met?I was previously paid in a timely manner? It was 8 months before I was paid for my last service call at Tufan's rental property.
