Daniel replaced my old furnace. He did a great job. He cleaned up nicely after the installation. He made sure to go through every room with me, showing the heater vents worked throughout the house. THA was very communicative through the whole process.

Updating my previous review. THA has been back to our house 6 times since installing our new furnace. Its still broke and we dont know what to do. Someone from THA came last week validated the furnace was throwing an error code and overheating. Its honestly useless. Our furnace closet gets to like 200 degrees, none of the rooms get much heat at all and it shuts down. Frankly its probably dangerous. Each time THA sends someone to look at it they confirm its a problem and tell us they will work with the team and get back to us, they then never call us back and we have to start the process over again calling. SDGE was who referred us to THA, but I would be very careful working with them if you have a more than very straightforward simple install.

Oliver from THA Heating Air & Plumbing came to my home to install a new hot water heater. Oliver is very professional and knowledgeable. He informed me of what was going to take place during the install. He removed all of the trash and boxing once he completed the install. It was a pleasant experience working with Oliver. Because of Olivers great work I will recommend THA to family and friends.

Very unprofessional. I had the contactor in my AC unit replaced and the part online shows to be $30. I got an invoice today for $541 but no breakdown of this cost. I called to ask them why it's so much and they just offered me 10% discount. I said this wasn't enough, I want an itemized bill. The owner got on the phone and told me that's the price and that it's fair. we argued back and forth for 10 mins about just wanting an itemized bill to know what I'm paying for because the service charge was $98, the part was $30 (according to what I see online) and no idea what the labor costs. I finally had to hang up on the owner and email them through their website demanding an itemized invoice and I would settle the bill today. the updated invoice received said the part was $150 and they charged me 2 service fees at $98 each. (he said for the technichian's time to drive to my house and to drive back to the business because it costs him $200 to send his truck out.) the technichian was great, but the owner does not make me feel that I can trust his business practices and the fact that he argued over sending me an itemized bill makes me think he is overcharging by a lot. I would not recommend this business. Service: A/C system maintenance
