Comfort Suites San Clemente Beach

It's really just a place to stay by the ocean. Just a heads up my key worked on my sisters door and a friend of ours not just mine. In the wrong hands that could be a problem.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel called Comfort Suites San Clemente Beach. My wife, who has a service dog, was prevented from staying at the hotel after already paying for the accommodations. They violated Federal laws where service dogs are not considered ordinary pets! They embarrassed us, called us liars, and didn't even bother to check our Federal Service Dog Certificate. They accused us of falsifying documents without verifying them. It was a dreadful experience that I will do everything in my power to ensure never happens again, and those individuals working at this hotel should be held accountable for the harm they caused my wife

This Comfort Inn in San Clemente was disgusting and filthy. Old interiors and not clean at all. Especially the bathroom. When brought to the attention of the hotel manager we were treated with hostility and very rude behavior. We checked in and checked out immediately. I would never suggest booking this awful hotel. Rooms: Awful Noteworthy details: Bloody tissue left in unclean bathroom. Disgusting

MICE !!!!!! This place is beyond horrible, I do not even words to express the atrocity we have experienced. Filthy. Customer service is completely awful. Just so sickening I can not even believe this place is in business and operable. Please do not stay here it is completely unsafe.
