I would love to give them 0 star if I can. I did my blood test with them and found out that my ALT was high so my doctor Jesus Pacis asked me to do retest. Instead of testing for ALT, he put wrong order in and retested for something which was absolutely normal. He doesnt even give proper advice and doesnt listen to anything like if I have any concerns he will not listen and if by chance he does then he will not give proper answers. I advise to find better place.

If I could give this place a 0 star I will. It dont deserve not only 1 star review.
Please dont waste your time here The front receptionist and all the way around is naive. It is really sad to see how they show minimal to no care to their patients. I walked in and was seen, sent home, after almost two weeks I decided to follow up with then since I didnt hear back from them ! Now who does that right ?? The patient calling their office ? Instead of them reaching out to you, taking days ! To contact their patients and even then if everything came in normal on any studies made , they should at least have the professional courtesy of calling and just letting the patients know if everything is normal or abnormal. Years from coming from a professional medical setting I havent in years experiences this type of medical deficiency. I was assigned here for my insurance I was previously going to a professional medical office prior coming here. So I gave it an opportunity and decided to check it out instead of just going off of the reviews left here and I regret doing that. I will call my insurance and stick with my precious provider dont matter if I have to drive extra Miles. Please people if you were assigned here by your insurance carrier make the change. Dont go just because it was assigned to you or because its closer to you. Go to a professional medical setting. Where you will feel welcomed, where doctors understand you and most importantly where you can be seen with respect and treat your condition whatever it is. It is really sad to see how people go into a field of study that wasnt their passion. Because Just by going in to work you live miserable not loving what you do, and clearly you can see it when you do find good medical facilities that really show their care and amazing service to their patients, as well we see this poor service in a lot in many places but more sadly to see it in the medical industry
