They never answer the phone!!! And the doctor never sent my prescription. Im 32 weeks pregnant and thats not cool. I shouldnt have to worry about why my medicine wasnt sent. Smh

Been using this clinic for years the doctors and nurse are okay. This is the most convenient location for me, and at the least its clean after the remodel. The women at the front desk 3 windows 1.family 2. Pediatric 3. Obgyn these 3 women have no people skills they look like they are miserable all day lighten up ladies and learn some basic communication skills please and thank you.

Terrible service, they are idiots that's why they are all paunchy and bitter, they treat people very badly, my baby was due for two-month vaccines, and they made me wait two hours and in the end they told me that they didn't have the vaccines, terrible.

Unprofessional and lack of communication between staff. Decided to give this clinic a chance afer finding one under my insurance that is a convenient drive to me..Immediate regret after second appointment. NP Nancy was great and felt comfortable with her patient care. One hour wait time is nothing I'm new to, I understand it gets busy. That was the first appointment. But the second appointment NP Sana came in and didn't know what was being done, had to go back and clarify with whoever. That was upsetting. I told her I was there to get blood work and was waiting. After that I checked in with reception TWICE because if the NP doesn't know then what are we doing here.. told reception i was waiting for bloodwork to make it CLEAR and they told me to go back to the room and wait. More time goes by, I figured probably busy, no problem. After more time passed, the nurse who was supposed to take my blood work had the audacity to ask if I was waiting and I told her YES!?!? Told me she couldn't draw bloodwork because too much time had passed and I was supposed to go to the room SHE told me to go to like what???? The entire time seeing that I was waiting because I left the door open. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time going here. I'd rather drive farther for good patient care than deal with this management mess for the rest of treatment.
