The front desk staff is rude. They close the door way before 15 mins of closing time. The young Hispanic girl in the front thought it was funny to look and laugh knowing she closed way before 15 minutes while calling another employee from the back to just come look and stare with her. I give you zero stars. Teach your staff better communication skills and better work ethics super unprofessional.

The waiting time is almost 3 hours. I saw patients not in the line but they called it first. Dont know if they accept appointments. This is my first time here. No updates coming from the staff if whats going on. They dont even ask for my credentials if they accept my insurance. I dont want to waste my time. As this moment am still waiting to be called. Still in the queue. Sad. I asked the staff in the counter why they didnt call my name and am shocked with their response, they told me that they called my name but its not. I am very near to the counter.
