U-Haul Moving & Storage of Citrus Heights

Need a trailer hitch installed on my new car. Turns out you can't actually talk to anyone in the store. You have to go book on-line maybe or go through a complicated call center to talk to someone who can help nothing. Going to Rack and Road instead.

Just want to give a shout out to Saif and Daejon for helping me out with a hitch receiver when I was in a bind. Was headed to South Lake Tahoe towing a trailer, had the wrong receiver for my truck, and these guys fixed me up in 5 minutes and had me back on the road. Saif gives off some professional managerial vibes! Im hoping the next time I go back, hes the one running the place :) awesome guys that really know what theyre doing. Thanks again!

I was unable go unable to make an equipment reservation online because there was a network downtime. But when I got to this Uhaul location, this angel Lady - Viola and her team did the magic within few minutes and got me going right away in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. I am always happy going back to this location and would recommend them to anyone.

i had a really good experience from walking in and making the reservation, driving the 15 truck, to checking out/getting receipt. truck was clean. the cashier and the person who did final walkthrough were both very nice. have rented here before and will rent here again
