Lane Bryant at Arden Fair Mall is nice location, but I wish they had a store in Pollock Pines/El Dorado Hills as I shopped for Bra's during their 50% sale on Memorial Day weekend.
Mind you, I purchased 2 bra's last year, August 2022, which they didn't last but 8 months (and that's rare). Both didn't hold up as they stretched out way to fast & one of the two bra's underwire broke. That brand was poor quality. The sales rep confirmed twas bad quality & they still have several of that same bra stored in their stockroom, just not selling because of its poor quality.
I was denied store credit/gift card equivalent to store purchase of both bra's (which the Bra's were on sale at $35 each) purchased last year at approximately 8 months ago.
Keep in mind, I do wash my bra's by hand & air dry for longevity in wear & tare.
Meanwhile, I purchased 4 new bra's, but a different brand.
I had 1 of 4 Bra's shipped to my home because they didn't have WHITE in stock at the store in Arden Fair Mall, Sacramento County.
FREE shipping works for me.
The 4 new bra's have a nice style, fit & quality, plus they were having a 50% sale.
I hope they hold up for at least 1-1.5 years before my next purchase.
I gave LANE BRYANT a 4, but they would've received a 5 if only they gave store credit/gift card equivalent to bad quality of the 2 bra's purchased in August 2022. Plus their own sales rep confirmed that the same bra brand that I purchased in August 2022, is in fact, a bad quality & they can't sell the remainder of bra's that they have stored within their stockroom.
I must purchase Bra's at Lane Bryant store based on size & quality fit, which my top is larger than my bottom. It's important for LANE BRYANT to show support in their quality of product to purchasing customers.
They always measure you, which I had asked them to do prior to selecting bra's & glad they remeasured my bust size as I'm still same size 40G, but some brands/styles I can wear 40F.
So ladies, be sure to have staff remeasure for proper bra fitting. Don't hesitate to ask!
I'll revisit LANE BRYANT store until I'm able to locate another store equivalent or better.
