Okay, this was the final straw and I've had it. Ever since I started shopping here years ago, I've gotten mostly terrible treatment at this location. Most of the time, I'm followed where ever I go in the store, and the first time I came shopping here, an associate came and took everything out of my hands and would "hold it for me until I was ready to purchase it". Because, for some reason, they think I'm going to steal.
Now this time, I went here to try a specific bra size. I had done research on something called "sister sizes" for bras. For example, someone who wears a 30D could wear a 32C in some cases. I had done some measuring and wanted to try on a 34I, as I normally wear a 40D and wanted to see if it would fit.
All the associates, including the manager, refused to help me. They insisted that it would not fit, and that they could talk me through my measurements to "find my size". I insisted, they declined, so I left. I then proceeded to order a 34I online to try on since they wouldn't let me in store. It arrived today. I tried it on. And guess what? It fits great. Maybe even better than my 40D.
I know the customer isn't always right. I work retail too. But you know what? Give me the chance to be wrong. If I ask for a specific bra size to try on? Maybe let me try it! Let me look like an idiot! And for the love of all that is holy, stop treating me like a thief! I wear size 16 pants! All my shirts are at least 2XL in men's sizes! I wear 5XL in women's t-shirts! Do you think I'm not the right kind of customer to shop here? Stop treating me like garbage!
