So I went to get my order I hate this store.some of the girls wanna rush you or dont listen to what you want or dont care to really help you . So I went after work to pick up my order come to find its not their and some guy was under my account was very alarming when I told her I wanted to speak with the store manager couple minutes later they called the security on me wow all because I was concerned of someone hacking my account the manager she didnt care at all

Yuck. The customer service & selection at this location is so abysmal that I'm now driving an hour out of my way to spend my money at a different LB store. The uppity older brunette couldn't have been more rude or less helpful. Bins for intimates were unlabeled and unkempt. Won't be back

Horrible customer service and I will never be back. I tried to exchange a shirt I bought yesterday not realizing that I had got some lotion on it. I just wanted to exchange for a smaller size and yes I do understand that it could not be returned for the reason from the lotion but the lady kept saying over and over she couldn't take it back and I said ok. I still wanted to purchase the other shirt and both women who sold me the other shirt left walked away and left me standing there!! I just stood there and the manager asked of there's something I needed I said yes I still want to buy the smaller shirt and she said she didn't know what I was talking about soooooo I left feeling like I was being judged or something I spend hundreds of dollars here on a regular basis but won't go back to this particular store ever again
