I had a great experience with QTC in Sacramento, they were great with rescheduling and they did an awesome job with helping me get an increase on my VA rating.

Katrina who answers the phone is a gem and very helpful! I called trying to find their Reno NV office as it was not clear from the reminders and my Boss is somewhat older and can be a cranky vet. She was understanding and very quick to help solve my problem with positivity and swiftness that helped get us to his appointment on time! Thank you for all healthcare workers who help our Vets!

This place is a joke and QTC as a whole is a nightmare to deal with. Just waiting until they lose their govt contract. The amount of ignorance these people have when dealing with Veterans and Actively Serving military members is astonishing something needs to change and fast.

I went in and used these guys twice. The doctors I saw actually cared about me. They were real vets who were working part time to do this for vets. Example is one of my docs was the transplant doctor at Kaiser. He was the lead surgeon. I have been given tips to talk to my regular doctor about to make sure my current care is the latest and greatest tech and info. I am always asked 2 things. 1. Is there anything else you want to add?2. Make sure you put on the paper anything you think I need to know. I just feel they are a model of the care I expect from the VA. Keep up the good job. I see the professionalism.@@Note@@ Just went in again to another appointment. Had another great doctor. We talked about a few things. Guy even had worked at NASA. Very smart. Kinda wish QTC would start it's own medical.

I was scheduled for appointments and they canceled them all saying i never contacted the company, even though i call and confirmed the appointments, and also made sure they put in my record that they were contacted. Horrible service.
