Sutter Health Corporate Office

Between therapists who will drop you for missing an appointment for being sick (after that same therapist canceled on me three weeks in a row for being sick), to doctors who litterally make fun of you, psychiatrists who are dismissive of my issues, and staff who lie and routinely give wrong information, this company should NOT be in charge of ANYONE's health. They make it so incredibly hard to get help that I've just about given up. One office didn't even know that an answering service was taking calls for them on the weekends, and that the answering service was giving out false info. No wonder their service is terrible. Are you proud of your 2.4 star rating?

Sutter- just dont go to any of their facilities. Corporate supports a policy of doctors engaging in a pattern and practice of not returning pages and having phone operators give medical advice. On-call doctors get paid to do nothing? This isnt going to turn out well. Memorial hospital recently got a slap on the wrist from the joint commission for nurses taking a patients pain medication, discharged him/ her while in distress after surgery, not calling a doctor to help the patient. Surgeon who performed the surgery ( Modesto) did nothing to help patient. Sutter is a mess and you are putting your life in jeopardy going to any of thrur facilities. Once you are dead, you are dead. Their ERs are just as bad. You should not have to go back 3-5 times for a problem to be resolved. Scam or incompetent physicians? This is not a safe place for you to receive care. The leadership does not intervene when these matters are brought yo their attention and what can you do when your loved ones are harmed or dead? You should call you member of the assembly , ask that that this is brought up on the public safety, licensing committee ( for doctors, medical facilities, and health and human services) Complaints can go to medical board, joint commission, snd department of public health. File joint commission first, copy that and put in your dph complaint, then put in word document and file with ca medical board. Also fax complaint to corporate office immediately. You will be asked if you contacted corporate. They never respond because they dont care about you.

Never been there however given that they employ staff who mock and make fun of patients who are in pain on Tik Tok ( while at work in uniform) I would avoid at all cost. Feel free to reach out for the screenshots & name of employee !!!! Unprofessional at best.

Horrible patient care at Sutter Health Modesto. I saw Anwuli Anyah , DO . She was quick to bill my PPO Insurance and does not call you to get your lab results back. Office visit over $400.00 for ten minutes of her time. Getting your lab results is part of finding out if everything is ok with test results.

*See update below.* This "Health" organization have the audascity to compare themselves with Kaiser, or any other medical facility for that matter! It has been my experience, the doctors and clerks are rude, and insentive, when asked questions about my medicare care, the physicians would become offended and insulted. Ever heard of medical apartheid? There is nothing wrong with being proactive in your health care! I was forced to give the one star rating - which is unwarranted! Right now, I'm having a hard time getting my medical records for a second opinion. Otherwise, I would have just moved on without the write-up! Do not sign up for Sutter Health. Think long and hard it will be a whole year before you can switch plans! Run, don't walk away from Sutter Health Plan...They have plans alright, and it's not in your best interest! I honestly believe they've forgotten the hippocratic oath "To do no Harm," do your due diligence, shop around. 6/23/2021 UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the O.C.R. (the U.S. Office of Civil Rights) to get help getting my medical records. I've been very clear about the specific records I need. I had a breast reduction surgery performed by Ario Barzin in Fremont, Ca. I have NO cleavage, his staff were so rude to the point that I changed HMOs, and Sutter Health Fremont are still giving me the runaround. What are they hiding? It will be a year August 2021 since I initiated, and followed hospital procedures to obtain my medical records! I advise you all to avoid Sutter Health. I'm a senior, and in my opinion, this is elder abuse, and Sutter Health, lacks the ethical, professional, and transparency all patients deserve. I believe they have certainly done harm, and continue to do harm to me.
