We have called for 3 days straight and all we get is placed on hold and music and after waiting over 5 min they tell you to leave a message. multiple messages and not one person has called back.. My uncle had to finally go to the emergency because he could not breath.

Stay away from Heather Allen. Perhaps others that work for Iris Health are ok. I wouldn't know. I've only had the misfortune of interacting with Heather.

I hired Iris Healthcare for my husband and I wish I had done so sooner. Today was the first doctor visit and Dr. Agustin arrived on time and took time to really listen to my husband and I. Her bedside manner was great and she made sure to get his prescriptions sent in the same day. She definitely made a stressful situation a bit easier to deal with.
