I visited a therapist for the first time. I liked the appointment, I have chronic diseases, the doctor Mikhail listened to everything, recorded everything. He prescribed tests and procedures. He behaved as pleasantly as possible.

I find it very unorganized when they don't answer the phone. You have a emergency going on, you can't get an appointment. They never answered the phone you're on hold forever

Healing with Heart is there motto. Which could be the furthest from the truth. Zero compassion or empathy from people youre supposed to feel good about treating your health and that of your family. Literally with the exception of two individuals (Dr Mallory Taylor and Dr Sabin) that I have dealt with over the course of the last four years of being a patient at Elica. Barely healing with any sort of decency or understanding, should be the motto. The education of using your own phone system is highly lacking or the enjoyment of hanging up on patients is excellent. The snarky attitudes and overall moral of the employees is severely flawed. The offices are seemingly well staffed but there is extended wait times for everything and little to no resolve. At very least the supervisor Lanelle has a terrible presence as someone who should be professional and not over talk, interrupt and raise her voice at people. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
