        During the time I was doing my taxes they were helpful, after they got my money I was non existent. Not only that, for whatever reason my tax check was short 420 dollars and I've been waiting for a call for over 2 hours now for a call back to resolve this issue. This was gonna be my last time going there, but only because I'm moving, but had I not been moving after this bullcrap, I would never go again, or recommend them to anyone. Update after speaking to them eventually, they made an effort to make it right. We'll see what's what at the end of this and I hope to amend this even more after.

      Hello Miguel, thank you for the feedback. As you know the deadline to file taxes is April 15th and therefore we are extremely busy. We answered all the calls you gave us today and asked you to please give us some time to give you a call back. You called over two times and every single time we asked you to please work with us and let us give you a call back. We are not robots and there is only so many things we can do at once. No one forgot about you all of the employees were aware and tried calling you back as fast as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and will continue to strive to do better.
