Charles will intentionally screw you over. I went to him for over 10 years and he betrayed my trust. Please people learn how to do your own taxes. I did my taxes on Turbo Tax but did not submit them. I then proceeded to go to Charles to get my taxes done and guess what I got more back with Turbo Tax! He is incompetent! Stay away!

Mike did our 2019 taxes and screwed us. I understand the covid thing and everything but we dropped our taxes off in March and did not here back from them. The government extended to July so 3 days before due I called mike to find out status. All I got was a screaming delirious man saying if I didnt like the service I could come and pick them up. With only 3 days left I let him do them. Well here 2022 I get a letter from IRS ( going to make story short now ). The new tax guy we used said mike put down that in 2018 we over paid in taxes so he put down that in our 2019 taxes. He never had our 2018 taxes ( we only used him one time in 2019 ) so how would he know that. So here we are 7K plus 2k in interest. Read the reviews and beware. He puts stuff down on your taxes that is false. I will be contacting CTEC
