        The worst experience ever tried to call them over a 100 times and they always tell me hes with client at the moment never got call back very unprofessional here I fielded my 2020 taxes with them and still not done yet and I already did my 2021 taxes its just unbelievable wouldnt even recommend to a friend

      Based on our records you mailed your taxes to the irs because you failed to provide us with the security pin. And I personally talked to you multiple times even evenings and weekends. The irs has millions on returns on hold. Please ca the irs to check on the status. And as if you paid us for 2020 please provide us the amount so we can refund it to you. Our goal is to serve every client and don't penalize us if the government is not working
