I had the same complaints as other people on here. Not respecting appointments and follow up services. I came for services and was scheduled for the next step. Esperanza worked with me and my family as our work schedules required a later appointment. The first time and many times we showed for our scheduled appointment. Esperanza was not there! The shop was closed. She rescheduled us for another date. SHE DIDN'T show for a second time!! We waited a few minutes but she never showed. Esperanza made us take time from wor to make it to an appointment she didnt even show. Worse of all we didnt even get a simple I am sorry.. Low cost but not recommend it
