I went to the store with a simple request to have an item price-matched, as Staples had done before, as evidenced by my receipt. However, the store manager, Kenneth, responded with rudeness and unprofessionalism. He not only refused my request but also suggested I go to another store, leaving me without a resolution. This experience not only reflects poorly on this Staples location but also raises concerns about their adherence to the price match policy. It's evident that professionalism and service standards were lacking during my visit.
