SUPERB car buying experience from start to finish from everyone at Towne Ford. I found the car I was looking for on the nationwide Ford website 100 mile radius from my zip code, and I called Towne to verify it was still in stock. I was serious about buying it, it was exactly the color and equipment group I wanted, and STEVE General Manager said just start the credit process online and come on down to take a look. I drove 99 miles to check it out, and it was in perfect condition on the showroom floor. From STEVE explaining all the rebates & incentives on my particular model and year, to CARLOS greeting me with keys in hand for me to test drive it, to MANUEL verifying all the PHEV incentives, and finally BASS finalizing the payment plan with yet another incentive in my favor due to the particular model and year, I couldn't have been happier! Professional, knowledgeable and kind team at Towne Ford.

AVOID!! Been waiting 2 hrs+ for a basic service appointment to wrap up, only to find my car is just sitting in lot while no service person has helped me or returned my car to me. I never leave reviews but this is a ridiculously terrible service experience. Will never come back.

DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCING AND DO NOT FALL FOR THE UP-SALES!!!!
My husband and I bought a new ford mach-e in November 2022 and were dealing with Bass Butler to finance our purchase. He was very helpful to get our financing and additional up-sales sorted, such as window&tire protection and extended service warranty, which he advised us can be cancelled if we wanted to at any point.
The car has been awesome but now that we started looking into selling it (back in Nov 2023), cancelling all of the extras has been a nightmare...
I've been emailing and calling consistently to the director of finance - Bass Butler, but with no success.. He's been ignoring my emails, calls and voice messages.
Once i finally got through mid-January, he processed a refund and cancellation of only 1 out of 3 services from Jan 1st.
Hoping this review serves as a warning for anyone considering financing at this establishment!!!!
