Hopkins Acura

Service center doesnt know how to use or own a torque wrench. My oil drain plug was over torque to hell, felt like they put an impact on it, I wasnt able to take the drain plug out with a 8 inch box wrench. The sales people are nice however.

Leased acura mdx 2022 for 3yrs. Return back to Hopkins acura. Still got fastrak tickets after 3 months. Dealer is questionable incompetent. After 3 Mdx loyal, got screwed. Never do business again!

My husband and I had the pleasure of buying a new MDX Type S from Haig at Hopkins Acura. Having previously owning a RDX and having to buy a new car sooner than expected, we went in with an idea of what we were looking for with our next car. As soon as we walked into the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Haig, who proceeded to understand our needs, wants and showed us around the showroom. Haig was such an extremely friendly and knowledgeable salesperson - answering any and all questions we had and got to know us personally. He spent so much time with us, showing us different models, all the features, took us on a test drive and made sure we felt like all our questions were answered. Since our timetable was a little up in the air, Haig always reached out to check on us multiple times a week to offer assistance. As soon as we were ready to purchase the vehicle, we knew that it would take some time to find the exact model as it is pretty limited. To our surprise, Haig was able to find it for us within a day. He truly went above and beyond and we are so incredibly thankful!! When we arrived at the dealership, Haig had all the paperwork prepped and ready for us to sign which made it a tremendously seamless experience. The entire team at Hopkins couldn't have been nicer. Even after having the car for ~ one month, Haig frequently reaches out to see how we are doing, how the car is driving and is always available to answer any questions or concerns. We could not recommend Haig and Hopkins Acura enough!! Thank you for making the process so seamless and going over the top to make our experience so amazing. We could not be happier with our new MDX.
