Sara's lack of communication ruined the excitement and experience of buying a home. She was very difficult to get ahold of and when she did reply it was always short answers that led to more questions that never got answered. Several times we had to go through our realtor to get an answer. We were left in the dark several times during this process. There would be several days where we wouldn't hear a word from her or her office and this was the week of closing which we had to extend because they couldn't get everything together in time. We were always very propt at getting anything and everything she needed to make this go as smooth as possible. But she failed to do so herself. Feeling left in the dark on such a major financial purchase is a horrible feeling. Being told she would call when she has an update only to find out she had the update 2 or more days before finally telling us. The final staw was when we called again to get an update and found out they have been waiting on one document from the seller for 5 days! No one called to check on this document until we called our realtor again and he got it signed and back to the loan office quickly. The severe lack of communication and motivation to get our house closed was horrendous! If I could give her negative stars I would. This is our 3rd home purchase, we have never been treated so poorly.

Sara was able to meet us on our schedule and never balked at my thousands of questions. She was polite and professional and quick. This is my second mortgage and I can say with confidence, she is the best lender I've worked with.

What an experience selling and buying a home at the same time. Buyers wanted to close in two weeks, which means we had to buy and close quickly. Sara was very helpful in making this happen. Thanks again!

We had an amazing and smooth home buying process with Sara! We were first time buyers and we are so grateful that Sara was willing to take her time to help us understand everything that we were getting into. None of the process felt rushed. Sara was very knowledgeable, personable, and wanted what was best for us. We were able to close escrow about 15 days EARLIER than anticipated!!! Even months after our purchase she was still willing to help us with anything we needed, and went out of her way to make us feel appreciated. Her team was great as well! Thank you Sara!!

The members of team Sara at Change Mortgage made the task of purchasing and financing a house a lot easier than I had originally anticipated! We hadnt purchased a house for over 23 years and we were amazed by how much the process has changed ! The information that is now required and the amount of paperwork that is requested was rather overwhelming but the team Sara members, each with their own specialities, made all the puzzle pieces fit together to achieve the big picture of our new house !!
