They did a great job communicating with me and explaining the process. My loan processor also bought me a super sweet gift when I closed! I texted them any hour of the day with questions and they got back to me quickly.

We went through Change/Chris Lamm for a simple home mortgage (with good credit and a solid down payment) - this should have been a smooth process and I was wildly disappointed. The first person we were in contact with was lovely and helpful, but once we started the actual loan process it was terrible: unnecessarily chaotic, stressful, and unpredictable. Poor communication, poor follow up, poor customer support, sometimes bordering on rude and petty. So many inconsistencies with what documentation they did or didn't need - it was like whiplash back and forth (saying we're good to go, oops we need more, oops we don't actually need that. . .). When it the loan finally did close successfully, I thought I'd be relieved. Then I found out that the loan is being serviced by Loancare, which has horrible ratings. My fingers are crossed that things will work out with Loancare, but I'm kicking myself for not shopping around more wisely.

Sara Klusmeyer and her team worked miracles for our home purchase here in Redding! Through the roller coaster ride of any home purchase they stuck with us and delivered when they easily could have just turned us away when a roadblock would arise. Couldn't be happier and definitely will be a repeat customer! Thank you for everything!!
