        You want to find good customer service. You won't find it here. Verry rude and very difficult process. I do not recommend her. She obviously doesn't care either, so she said. Then when you talk to her boss he takes her side. Not the client first kind of place

      I was born in Guatemala City and immigrated to California at the age of 4. I was raised in Santa Barbara and moved to Redding in 2003. I have made Northern California my home along with my wonderful husband, Duane, and our two boys Brody and Cody. In 2008, I began my career with Tri Counties Bank as a teller and quickly realized this was the industry for me. After my first year, I became a banker and discovered my passion for helping my customers achieve financial success. As a Home Mortgage Specialist, I pride myself in identifying my customer’s specific needs, whether they are buying their first home, refinancing their existing home or purchasing an investment property. Going through any of these situations can be stressful and time consuming, so it is always my first priority to be there for my client to answer questions, provide information and make the process as smooth as possible.
