      image The worst experience in my life. My wife and family stayed for three nights. The staff was rude but willing to help. Our room had a fowl smell, keys didn't work and no help from staff. I wanted to use our f&b credit instead of points. The front desk agent would allow me to change from points to f&b. Don't stay here.

      image I was nervous about my stay, only because Im not one to travel much. I will assure you the customer service I have experienced here within the first 48hrs of my trip has been phenomenal..
      Not to mention the bartender, Jennifer. *cheffffsssskisssss
      I have never been amongst a bartender so attentive, understanding & just over all full of life!
      Jennifer amongst other staff here has ultimately been the best part of my experience with Garden Inn Pomona thus far! I look forward to my next 4 days here as long as I am around these amazing people. Thank you for all you do you are seen and appreciated!
