        Rooms: My room had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. There was plenty of space. Very nice

        I'm a Hilton Diamond Member and had made reservations for a particular night. I had communicated with the Hotel previous to me checking in that my Drivers License expired and that I hadn't received my new one as of yet, but I would add the person that was staying with me to the reservation. I was told by Shanti at the front desk that the person being added to my reservation needed to have a copy of their drivers license and a credit card to check-in, which that person had. Upon arriving to check-in, I was refused service because I didn't have my ID & I explained to them that the party on my reservation, who was with me at check-in had theirs. I was still refused service even after following the instructions of the front desk person who was there upon my arrival. I was forced to find another Hotel in the area which I find absolutely appalling. I have never been treated like this St any other Hilton property... I filed a complaint with Hilton and was told today that there would be no compensation made & that's it. Apparently being a Diamond Member means nothing - I will never stay at this location again & I recommend neither does anyone else. You're in the hospitality business... well they were anything but hospitable and maybe it's time I switch to Marriott Properties. Disgruntled Consumer & Diamond Member

      Dusty, it is regrettable to learn about the difficulties you encountered at check-in. It seems there was some miscommunication regarding the requirements for document verification on arrival. We are happy that Shanti was able to grant the request, but are disappointed that we failed to follow through and dropped the ball during the check in process. We are sorry that you didn't experience the usual Hilton hospitality, and we understand your disappointment as a valued Hilton Diamond Member. We will strive to make all experiences right, as satisfying our loyal customers is our priority. We can't undo this instance, but we can surely work to make the future brighter.
