Stayed at the LA quinta hotel 3-23 thru 3-25. The hotel has a very nice room. Comfortable bed but the pillows the have a very tiny. Definitely will bring my pillow next time we stay there. Clean restroom and the offer shampoo, conditioner, and lotion from the company dove. The breakfast was pretty good with eggs and bacon one day. The next day they offered eggs and small size ham along with fruits , bagels, toast, waffles. They have plenty of parking and the outside area looks well kept up and the staff was nice. Close to the 57 freeway. So next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here.

Worst hotel ever! Manager is lazy and rude. They charge a $175 deposit and a $5 a night parking fee that they don't tell you about until you go to check in. After paying all the extras I checked into my room. At the end of my stay I was stupid enough to extend for another week. To my shock they charged my card another $175 deposit. After the lazy Manager finally showed up I brought this to her attention. She agreed I shouldn't pay two deposits and after over a week one showed up in my account. After checking out I asked about my other deposit and was I would get it in 5 to 7 days. After waiting for it and it not showing up I asked the super rude and lazy Manager about it and she said they never took any deposit! We both know this is a complete lie so then she changed it to we refunded it. I still don't have my second deposit back! Worst experience I've ever had at any hotel! Bad enough they stole my $175 but then the lying and rudeness is more then I can take. Even though it's only $175 I'm going to sue. Run from this hotel because when they do this to somebody else there is NO WAY TO CONTACT COPRATE OFFICE and they WONT give you any information on the district manager!

We had a great time at the hotel except for one thing, this hotel allows pets. And the guest that had multiple animals in their room left the room leaving the animals behind, they were barking for more than an hour and a half. I called the front desk multiple times. They said they sent somebody to check and that it was quiet. It was not, when they walked past the room , the dogs must have been catching their breath and were quiet for those few moments. Finally at 10:00 security came and heard the animals barking. I joined the security guard in the hallway and told him it had been going on for an hour and a half. He then said that he would take care of it, that the hotel was not a kennel, and that those that are responsible for it will be spoken to. The problem eventually was resolved. But it did take a couple of hours. These were not responsible pet owners. Why are pets allowed inside a hotel? They're often noisy. People are allergic to animals. Keep them at home or have a neighbor take care of them. Don't bring them to hotels. Or stay at an Airbnb that allows pets. You're not going to disturb as many people that way. Food & drinks: When a dance team and a baseball team stay at the hotel, it would be awesome if you would put out a second waffle iron. There were 13 people in waiting in a row to make waffles, 12 of them from the dance team. Also, the mini fridge was completely empty of items. As was the fruit basket. The team members from both the dance team and the baseball team had totally emptied out the fridge and basket, leaving no fruit and no yogurt for the other guests. Also our first breakfast there no meat was served, just potatoes and eggs. And the eggs were egg whites only.
