My experience was a great one I went there on Friday 3/22/24 for my first time cashing my rapid card debt visa it very professional customer service .

I visited this Bank which got a low score. While in line. I noticed its not the tellers but stupid customers that hold up the line. Tellers are very professional and knowledgeable. My transaction went quick.

Employees there act like your money is theirs the always limit your money and almost impossible to withdraw a large amount for big purchases

Absolutely ridiculous customer service the place was isolated with few workers and just a few people and they couldnt attend because they were occupied like they gave up doing there real job and gave me the fakest vibes of my life never coming here again and I wont be opening a new bank account here I suggest you people find something else to get your debt/credit card.
