Super friendly staff. Great local bank ethos and the best of intentions. Regrettably, for business accounts, they **prevent** you from doing ACH payments, mobile check deposit, account transfers, and all kinds of minimally necessary banking functions for 30 to 90 days after opening your account. Consider Poppy Bank for the staff, but suggest retaining your existing business account for 90+ days before you seriously consider banking at Poppy Bank. The first 30-90 days denial of service is excruciatingly painful for a business.

I have been a customer of Poppy bank for over two years. I have never had any problems and I get excellent customer service every time I enter the branch. Love this branch they truly take care of their clientele.

Beyond Excited!!! Got an incredible offer for 0% balance transfer for 20 months! Biljana was the greatest! Great energy, professional and the follow through was impeccable. I'm grateful that I will be saving about $2500 in interest during this period, thanks to her diligent work. I will forever be thankful and Poppy needs more people like this to help people succeed financially!! Hope she receives recognition or compensation especially working the front lines during this time.
