Brighton and the filipino lady are super nice and helpful. Great service every time ! Love this branch more then the one closer to my house.

Hands down the best chase branch ever!!! Their whole staff is super friendly every time I walk in they greet me by my name, and yesterday I had a huge issue on my hands, I was dealing with fraud activity on my account, Melissa helped me to talk to chase directly she was patiently on hold with them for over 1 hour and she quickly solved some of my heartache, I got taken advantage of by a company that charged my debit card for over $765.00 she reversed $120.00 back and advised me to cancel my card and get in touch with Apple which I did and I got another $140 refunded total I got back was $260.00 , I'm bummed that I couldn't recover the remaining $500 + but they did what they can, today I went in to change my online banking user ID and met Manny he was super professional and took care of that for me he was also on the phone with them for 30+ min I have very good experience with Anne too this branch will go Above and Beyond to help you, unlike other branches I dealt with in the past!! If you want good service go to this branch even if it's out of your way they will help all your needs

I've come here for years, right now this branch is closed due to Covid, but the staff is still nice enough to answer all my questions through the closed door. Excellent service I always enjoyed coming here
