        I would give 10 stars if I could!! My father and I have never received such amazing customer service as we have experienced in this branch. Hai and Kimberly went above and beyond to make our transition from our previous bank to Chase Bank/JP Morgan Investments as painless and easy as possible. We have been treated with the upmost kindness and professionalism. My father has health issues and is hard of hearing but was treated respectfully and as if they were helping a member of their own family. I highly recommend this branch and tell everyone of our experience, because it was just that impressive.

        BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! I will NEVER use this location again, just deposited money and it had issues depositing and now on hold with customer service My advice? Go downtown to the other location. 1000% better service.
