La Via Apartments

I recently relocated to La Via Apartments in downtown Petaluma. La Via is a newly built luxury apartment. Business owners/operators typically hold their breath when someone tells them about their experience with their new restaurant or store. I will tell you mine. Specifically, I need to recognize the service of two members of the maintenance department, Edwin and Jose. I reported a problem with my unit's new dryer. I received calls from the office following up on my issue and advising me that maintenance would be coming up in the morning to fix the problem. I returned in the afternoon to find Edwin and Jose at work. Edwin explained a circuit board that had come disconnected. While finishing work, Edwin asked how I enjoyed living at La Via. I sensed he took ownership of how his job impacted my level of satisfaction, something I seldom experience but also something so simple. I shared my experience of their fixing my washer the day before and today the dryer. In both cases, the solution was prompt and professional. The luxury apartments in Petaluma include the people who provide the service we rely upon. Living at La Via Apartments has been a positive experience.

Just moved in with my dog. Love that the walk/bike trail is out my back door. My dog Heidi and I have met so many neighbors that enjoy the walking trail just as much as us. Were thinking about creating a la via walking group. Also thinking about selling my peloton since the spin room resembles something that would be straight out of a lifetime fitness. My apartment overlooks the river and is walking distance to Brewsters which is my fav. So glad Im here.

Staff is nice, however, communication is pretty poor. I understand there is challenges when a building is newly constructed and releasing rooms as available. Being clear with expectations would be extremely helpful in this situation. The property and units are very beautiful. Wish it would have worked out here.

Beyond thrilled to call La Via my new home. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the property is beautiful. They've promptly answered all of my questions (a lot of them) from day one, and provided weekly updates about my ready move-in date. Now I just need to move in : )

Our company is expanding from Southern California to Sonoma County in the summer of 2023. On a recent scouting trip, we were introduced to La Vida and were met in the front office by Kiley who was extremely professional, informative and hospitable, selling us on the various amenities and culture of La Vida. We were pleasantly surprised and all our exceptions were surpassed to say the least! She even recommended an excellent venue to have lunch with our various business partners (Which we loved!) We DEFINITELY cant wait to sign in a few months! Definitely a hidden gem!
