Great location in downtown. Clean studios with updated fixtures and washer/ dryer. Management is always helpful and friendly along with quick and reliable maintenance. A great community and neighbors to be surrounded with.

I submitted six maintenance requests online, and I'm delighted with the simplicity of the submission process. The maintenance team addressed my issues promptly, showcasing remarkable efficiency. They were not only quick but also courteous and easy to deal with while in my apartment. Overall, I give five out of five stars for the impressive maintenance service.

Pet friendly with bird-watchers paradise for river views. The walkability score is real, with unbelievable fresh local produce available just outside at the Jupiter Foods market, one of the best markets on the planet up the street at Petaluma Market, and across the footbridge at grocery outlet. There's unbelievable food with happening happy hours all over the place, and bars that people come from all over the bar to frequent. Public transportation is a 6 minute walk to a major train/bus hub. Of course, 90 seconds from your front door you'll be in a fantastic movie theater. The neighbors and neighborhood establishments were a treat, and the Theater Square and City of Petaluma work hard to keep the surrounding area clean and safe. There's cameras everywhere but you are living downtown in an area with high foot traffic and should anticipate some to go with continual live music and events available outside your window or down the street at The Big Easy or The Phoenix. The building is locked tight to residents only at every angle. The parking garage is big and easy to access, though I really wish they'd stop letting people park on the last few spots on the lower level to give space. Downtown can be noisy at all hours of the night, including some riotously noisy 3 am yachters from time to time, street sweepers and trash teams. If that wasn't reason enough to get a white noise machine, you'll frequently hear your neighbors through the walls doing things as innocuous as yawning or washing their dishes that will eat at your sense of privacy. A dohm classic white noise machine was plenty for me. The views were something I'll remember for the rest of my life and I'm sure I'll never beat, and the bird show of egrets, coromants, kingfishers and more was always a thrill. My cat and I were very very happy here, downtown petaluma is one of the greatest places I can imagine living. All the photographs were taken from my apartment, other than the photo of the apartments themselves. Wow!
