La Via Luxury Apartments

We lived at La Via Apartments for seven months and loved bein here. Outstanding service and commitment to residents by the staff made living here easy and enjoyable. The apartment amenities' were fabulous - from community outside spaces, to the game rooms and the fabulous gym. The apartments are clean and safe in a perfect location in Downtown Petaluma. Thank you all at La Via for an outstanding experience.

The people that work here are incredible. I probably toured the rooms 3 times more than I needed to, and they did with a smile on their face each time. Big shout to Ben for being so up beat and positive during each tour. The apartments were gorgeous and the amenities were a huge plus. Everything was clean and pristine. Ultimately I decided to not move here in the end because I chose to stay in my current location- however if anything changes, this is where Ill be. Thanks again for all the help everyone. SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE! Those are the two words that standout to describe my interactions with Ben and Kristyn. From the moment I walked into the lobby, the team was so welcoming. I came in on a Sunday, with no appointment, yet Ben was more than happy to show us whatever we needed. I had 3 family members with me, and Ben took the time to learn ALL four names. Ben, created such a fun, positive experience I felt like I was on vacation with a tour guide. Then when I decided La Via was going to be my new home, Kristyn was pivotal in my decision. She dealt with all my calls, concerns, and questions like I was a friend. Kristyn, made what can be such a stressful situation so easy. Their communication and follow-up was so superb. I am happy to say I am moving in soon. Kristyn, and Ben along with the experience they provided made my decision a no brainer. Thank you both!

My boyfriend and I toured these apartments, these apartments are very nice and offer great amenities. The property manager who assisted us was very kind and knowledgable. The issue with these apartments is that you only get one parking spot for a one bedroom unit, and there is very minimal street parking as these are located downtown. If we wanted a two bedroom unit (which we dont really need) we could add an additional parking spot to our lease but then wed be paying $3500+ and would just rather find a house to rent with a yard and garage at that point Unfortunately this was a deal breaker for us, we cannot live here because of the parking issue, if they were to resolve this issue and create more parking, we would have chosen La via as our new home. Sad this wont work out.

I can't wait to move out. Luxury Apt? Not. It looks nice. The hallways and common areas are not cleaned nor vacuumed. Sure we have some amenities but we can't use it to the fullest. My relatives came and we wanted to use the demo room. We were told only 2 guess per unit. There were 6 of us waiting for our pizza. So we left and went to Round Table and ate there. The following weekend there was a party going on in the demo room. There were certainly more than a dozen people there. The dumpster takes 2 days to be put back and there is always broken glass everywhere. In the summer time they had the heater on in the hallways? Why. No solar panels, we are paying 2 water bill and 2 trash/sewer. Lack of communication for sure! Front parking is horrible. Plus sometimes strangers are wandering around inside.
