This place is great. Customer service is good. But the reason I gave it a 4 stars is because of the first time I went to this location the service started off great. I had brought my husky to a new pet store and hes a shy husky. He had a few oopsies around the store. Some older lady that works there started to give me dirty looks after the one oopsie. The second time my doggie went again, she gave me her 2 cents about how my dog is not neutered and males leave their marks in places they smell females. yea I got a bit bothered and I just let it go. I walked it off around the store looking for more product for my floof. When I finally got what I came to get from the store. I had purchased a bag of Nulo kibble ( fyi that food is amazing I recommend to any one who has picky eater) by that time I had asked the cashier if her cans were still in sale? She said yes of course. I asked if I could leave and go pick up some cans? She said of course. I asked to leave my purchased bag at the register? She happened to ask the same old lady that was giving me dirty looks. . By then there was a few more people in line and she puts me on blast in front of everyone. She tells the cashier you can go get her the cans she wants because her dog is peeing everywhere. I got really upset. And atomic bomb went off inside of me. I kept composure. The cashier had tried to convince me to go and get the cans. I felt hurt and insulted, I told the cashier thanks but I dont think I want them, Ill just go else where because this woman has a problem with my dog. I was not about to start making a scene with this woman about her nasty comments. I contemplated on returning because I didnt want to see her ever again. But since my floof is a picky eater and Ive been searching everywhere heaven and earth looking and buying bags left and right that he just doesnt want. I swallowed my pride and just went back 3 weeks later. Hoping I wouldnt see that woman again. The second time I went back a kind man who worked there offered to help, I asked if I could talk to management about that womans nasty customer service. He helped me out and convinced me to come back again. And I do go back, I just have to watch out for that woman, and I dont bring my floof there again sadly. And he likes pet stores once he gets used to them and sees other pups there. I have worked retail most of my life and Ive never been this nasty to anyone. Let alone being put on the spot simply because my dog had an oopsie.

The service here is excellent. All of the staff members are so friendly and kind. They have a self service dog bath here that my husband and I like to use. Note - the self service dog bath closes about an hour before the store closes. We found out the hard way today, but one of the employees Jim was so kind about it and gave our dog a little treat! Highly recommend this store to any pet owners around the area!

Second time I went here and I really like it despite pricey-ness. I am very pleased with a high quality ingredients and different mixtures of frozen variety for my pup. I made this switch to reduce allergies and it definitely is working. The staff working the floor last fri were very nice and approachable. One gal even took the Time to let me know about the sale while I was gathering my food even though I didn't ask. So thoughtful However, I cannot say the same about the guy at the register... He was not friendly and didn't even look me in the eye. When I set up my shopping bag, while he was scanning, he put all my food to the side of the bag even though I held my bag open for him to put in. It was over ten pieces of things n puzzling to see a conscious effort of ignoring. Completely not my experience from the first visit, so I'd still come back despite this dbag but star off for that one.

However, I cannot say the same about the guy at the register... He was not friendly and didn't even look me in the eye.
