        Rachel is the most amazing trainer, she is so accommodating to your personal needs and situation, and yet always making sure that the workout is beneficial. She really strives to understand what your goals are and builds everything around that. I truly would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. If you're seeking a kind and talented trainer with wealth of information about what is best for your body, then Rachel is the perfect fit. Cannot say enough good things about her!
