image So l have been receiving training from Paul for 1 year and honestly it was a great decision to choose Paul as my coach/trainer. Granted I had prior knowledge of working out since I was working out for 4 years working with Paul made me learn much more and also made me see how much I was lacking and how much potential I had to really tap into. It wasn't just about working out Paul really puts an emphasis on improving your overall health and since working with him l've noticed how l've been able to notice my weaknesses how I always tend to overthink situations as well how I can better myself not only as a powerlifter but as a person

image I have osteoporosis and am 62 years old. Earlier this year, my father had a stroke and now needs my help to move around the house and stand up. While I was helping my father, I strained my back and injured myself. I spoke with my son about this, and he recommended Paulak to me to help me strengthen my muscles and help my injury. I have been seeing Paulak for around four months now and have noticed immediate results from training with him. Paulak creates specialized plans for me, and his level of individual care is very helpful. After a few months of training, my back no longer hurts, and I have built my muscles and core to be much stronger than before. I work as a real estate agent, which involves much walking around and some manual labor tasks. I have noticed that I now feel much lighter while walking and moving things has become much easier as I am now both stronger and know how to properly carry heavy items. My personal life has also been improved, and helping my father is now much easier. I am very grateful for Paulak's help, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personalized and helpful strength trainer.

image Paulak is by far the best Personal Trainer and nutrition coaching Ive worked with. Working with him, you can sense how passionate he is with his craft. He relieved pain in my shoulder and increased blood flow through out my entire body. My body felt 5 years younger! I felt safe and secure working with him. Hes easy to talk to and he gave me additional helpful information during my session. Im glad I had the pleasure of working with him and Im looking forward to more sessions in the future.

image I went to Paulak for a calf and neck issues. He was able to identify more issues that I wasn't fully aware of.
Soft tissue massage: it was the first time I did this type of massage. He identified that I had a big knot in my shoulder which decreased my range of motion in my right shoulder. The massage got rid of the knot and the range of motion in my right shoulder was back to normal.
Fitness: He provided a workout plan afterwards to help strengthen and stretch out my neck and shoulder. He had me do these workouts in front of him so that I did them right. He provided pointers and areas of emphasis to help ensure I did these exercises right.
Nutrition: he provided some insight and recommendations on what supplements to take to deal with muscle soreness especially soreness from the soft tissue massage.
Overall: he was really nice and patient with me and was very attentive and detailed with all of my questions. I felt like he answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Paulak. He was very observant and was able to pick out any issues I had. His knowledge and fitness plan was very tailored to my needs and weaknesses

image Paulak is the third trainer I have had is the best one yet. He does things unlike any other trainer/coach I've met. He customizes the workout sessions for you and has them planned out whereas the trainers I've worked with seem to make them up on the spot once I arrive.
Paulak is attentive and organized. He keeps a record of your workouts and reps and exercises. He notes big and small corrections you can make to your form.
He takes pictures of measurements of your body every so often and it's encouraging to see the transformation that your body makes and it is motivating.
He teaches you proper technique and points out how you can improve as you're working out.
He's punctual and knowledgable. He shares a lot of information freely to you and if you are someone who loves to ask questions, then he is a great fit.
He is a much more involved coach. He will check in outside of the workout sessions and see how you're doing and give you reminders. I feel that he cares very deeply about giving you the value you deserve and seeing you improve and it's helpful to have a coach who keeps you accountable. I don't feel many coachs do that and when it comes to working out, accountability is one of the hardest things.
He tries to make it as easy for you as possible as long as you trust him and do your part.
I appreciate how much pride he takes in his work and he seeks to improve himself. I find that lacking in other places, but with Paulak, you can feel and hear it the way he talks about it.
One recommendation I would give is that if you decide to go with him, you should commit and be open-minded to his approach because you will really benefit from it. Take advantage of what he offers because I don't think you'll find many coaches like him.
