Intuitive Integration Therapies

Ive been going to Jonas for a couple years now and I cant say enough great things about him! Corrective exercise therapy has been so helpful. Instead of just focusing on the one issue I started with, I am now more aware of how my body is working and compensating overall and able to make corrections in my movement and form. Jonas is incredible and patient, a great partner to have on your health journey!

I have nothing but praise for Intuitive Integration Therapies. Jonas and Jackie are an absolute pleasure and truly one of a kind. I have been working with Jonas for almost half a year now, and can say that he has helped me immensely. His comprehensive approach and attention to detail Is like nothing I have experienced and the physical issues that I had experienced before, are no longer problematic. On top of the physical benefits that Jonas has provided me, my mental well-being has benefited immensely as well. If you are struggling with physical issues, or just want to improve certain aspects of your life, then give them a shot. Im certainly happy I did.

I am a competitive ballroom dancer and have been seeing Jackie and Jonas for the past several years. They have taken my tired, tortured, and painful body to a comfortable, organized, relaxed state. Of course, I always have those areas that need work ( like my neck rotation) but through their persistent, professional, knowledgable care I am improving in both mobility and pain reduction. I had a serious knee injury last year and they were able to keep me on the competitive circuit by working with my doctors and physical therapists to improve functioning and limit pain . I had a knee replacement 5 months ago and J&J worked their magic by helping me with knee recovery, muscle building and strengthening, as well as maintaining the condition of the rest of my body while I was recovering. I have also leaned into the more metaphysical work that they offer, which to my surprise, has been immensely helpful with pain management and mental strength. Both Jackie and Jonas are consumate professionals and because they are so caring and sensitive to their client's physical and emotional/mental health, they understand exactly what you need. Each session is different. In some sessions they are trying to get your body realigned or moving better so the physical work is deep into the muscles. Other sessions, the body is pretty good so what is needed is a lighter touch and an open ear. Receiving treatment from Jackie and Jonas is a fantastic experience. I could NOT have continued to dance and gotten through the last 18 months of pain and recovery without them. They make my life better and I can't imagine a scenario where they do not have their hands and their hearts on me. I cannot recommend them more highly.
