image VIVIAN LU is the absolute WORSE! She does not have your best interest in helping or trying to get anything settled!
I have been waiting since November for my open claim and all they can tell me is the legal team is still trying to make a decision!
Do not get this insurance! They are not reliable and they dont want to help you!
Ive spent over thousands of dollars to ensure that when I need the proper help, progressive will be there! Indeed NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!! It is raining and and now my car is full of water and no one wants to take proper protocol!!! DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE!!!

image I wish it were possible to give a zero or a negative star rating.
One star is overwhelmingly generous.
I would advise not do business with this company. Their people are provably deceitful to claimants and they appear far too comfortable with practicing bad faith.
They refuse to uphold their lawful obligations and they didn't even bother to examine the accident scene.
I have been lied to, and I have been recorded on telephone calls without my prior express authorization, a violation of California Penal Code 632, and those unlawful recordings were subsequently shared with other individuals with no connection to my lawful claim.
California residents should be aware that claims adjusters in the state of California can be held personally liable for their negligence under state law.
They are subject to revocation of their license, hefty fines and potential incarceration.
Unfortunately, they still seem more interested in fraudulently limiting liability on Progressive rather than fulfilling their lawful obligations to policyholders.
I have been ignored, mocked in front of people with no authorization to receive any of my information, and representatives have used discriminatory statements against me after discovering that I am an autistic adult with an exceptional understanding of my rights under the law, and a relentless determination to assert and protect those rights.
I have been a Progressive customer with a full coverage policy for a very long time. Until this claim, I had never been involved in an auto collision. I still have an immaculate driving record.
My advice is to pass up on Progressive and find a better insurer that will protect you as a client like they should.
Hopefully, they come to their senses and issue full, fair payment. So I can then cancel my policy and move on.
But then again, they've already provided me with plenty of grounds for litigation. Perhaps they've just decided that they would prefer to pay substantially more due to bad faith and the misconduct of their employees.
I guess we will see.
I have already been forced to submit a complaint with the California Department of Insurance detailing Abigail Magallanes' UIPA violations.
Still... Abigail remains apathetic.
It feels as if I'm not insured at all.
(I don't care if my review upsets you. I am fully prepared to prove everything that I have reported.)

No, Salihah. You already have every bit of information you need to look into this matter.
You and I, as well as everyone reading this review, are already that your reply is generic, insincere, and merely there for publicity so Progressive can pretend to care.
In reality, if Progressive did care, your response would be outlining how Progressive is going to fix this.
Stop wasting my time.
