Worst customer service ever!!! I got a quote through work and was told I would be in the underwriting period and they would call me if there was any problems and they did not. I told him my situation and he said it was all fine and it would take about days to hear from them.after 2 weeks I finally called and the rep told me, as if I should have known, that they will not be able to insure me due to the registration. I waited for their call for two weeks and even emailed the representative and never heard from them until I called! He asked when my other insurance lapsed and knew I was on a deadline and did not have the courtesy to tell me that I need to find another option!
